At EasyFastLLC, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure our customers are satisfied with their LLC or corporation filing experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund may be necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be issued and the steps to request a refund.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available under specific circumstances, as outlined below:

a. Services Not Yet Rendered:

If you cancel your order before we begin processing your LLC or corporation filing, you are eligible for a full refund. Please note that once we have started the filing process or submitted your paperwork to the relevant state agencies, no refund will be issued.

b. Filing Errors or Mistakes by EasyFastLLC:

If we make an error or mistake in processing your LLC or corporation filing, we will correct the error and refund any fees directly related to that mistake. This includes cases where we fail to meet the standard processing requirements or submit incorrect information to the state. In such cases, we will also cover the cost of any re-submission or correction fees incurred.

c. State Filing Fees:

State filing fees are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the state government. Once the state processing has begun, these fees are beyond our control and cannot be refunded. In the event that the filing is rejected by the state, we will work with you to resolve the issue, but the state filing fees will not be refunded.


2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • State Filing Fees: These fees are paid directly to the state and are not refundable.
  • Expedited Services: If you choose expedited services, these fees are non-refundable once processing has begun.
  • Premium Add-Ons: Any additional services such as registered agent services, EIN application, or business license services are non-refundable once the services have been initiated or completed.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@easyfastllc.com or by phone at 1-800-123-4567 within 14 days of your purchase to submit a refund request.

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation, such as proof of cancellation, evidence of error, or other relevant information.

  3. Review: Once we receive your request, we will review the situation and respond within 5–7 business days with an update on your refund status.

  4. Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund if we have not yet started the filing process. If the filing process has already begun or documents have been submitted, we will not be able to cancel or refund the associated fees.

5. Disputes

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting us through our dispute resolution process. We aim to resolve all disputes in a fair and timely manner. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, you may consider seeking legal advice or contacting your payment provider.
